Well, that was the Year that Was ... it was Good, Bad AND Ugly (we're talkin to you, Congress). We have a lot to be thankful for as 2013 draws to a close, and plans and dreams to aim for in the New Year of 2014. We are forever thankful for our wonderful customers - more like family and friends in all honesty. We are also very grateful for all the talented musicians, artists, singers and songwriters who have graced our stage and entertained us with their work. The enormity of talent, heart and soul that they share with us is so much larger than the modest stage from which they perform. Last but certainly not least, I am most thankful for my hard-working, dedicated and loyal staff, many of whom have served for many years and continue to make the AllGood Cafe an important neighborhood fixture and meeting place.

At least ONE of three things happen when you come to the AllGood Cafe:
1. You see somebody you know.
2. You meet somebody new.
3. You "find something out".
ie. hear about something that happened, is happening, is going to happen ...

Hope to see YOU in 2014 at the AllGood Cafe.

The great RAY PRICE who recently passed, at the Sons of Hermann Hall in May 1996. This night was probably the highlight of my 20 years of booking live shows and dances. I was particularly proud that we managed to set the room up with seating, at tables, for nearly 300 folks and still had a dancefloor. Then we did two shows on the same night, turning the room over, and both shows were just out of this world. Ray's longtime piano man Moises "Blondie" Calderon on upright piano, the great Jimmy Day on pedal steel, and no less than 5 fiddles. It doesn't get any better than that, and those who were there know what I mean. Thanks Ray, for the memories.
HAPPY NEW YEAR to ALL of our AllGood Fans, Families and Friends!
.

Come on OUT! ... SEE & HEAR some GREAT Live Music.
